Upgrade phone

Hi i did not change my plan .. I upgrade my phone with $55 plan 25 gb data ... after taxes It would be $112 something .. so I need that plan only as I am loyal customer to Fido.. thank you

Resolved! How to file a complain?

Fido customer service is only pointing to this forum.I got offered a new contract with free phone via personal login offer and they now say there is no new phone and I have to pay.Many thanks
