how do I change the number of rings before my device goes to VM (it's a ZTE home phone)?  I see where others have been told to contact customer service but when I try that I end up with 'AskJack' which can't provide a solution

Hi. Is it possible to do online - 1) add new mobile account retaining the same number, currently in Bell? 2) any on-going promos for such? Ex. 10% discount for 2nd or more lines? Thanks!
