Fraud Line Unavailable

Hi,  I set up a plan with Fido but they have been cancelled and labelled as Fraud! I have been trying to call the fraud line for a couple of days and no one ever picks up. I've left two voicemails and still nothing, is there another line I can call?

Port in stuck

Resolved! payed same bill twice

I just paid my bill for this month. The fido app told me that amount of money I paid but when I checked my bank account I was billed twice. What do I do?
