  Generally, US toll-free phone numbers are also accessible from Canada without charge. However, it depends on whether the company which owns the number is willing to accept the charges for calls made from Canada. Apparently, they also have a Canadian phone number listed here. If your plan has Canada-wide calling, there should be no long-distance charges calling that Canadian phone number from anywhere in Canada.

Hello again,

  As far as I can tell, that is their additional contact phone number. The 514 area code is from Montréal, so yes, it's a Canadian phone number. Their FAQ page also lists Montréal as one of their mailing addresses (see here).
