accepting a special offer

If I accept my special offer, does my 2 yr term continue or do I start a new 2 year term from the acceptance date?

Hey there @Weddingguy

Is your special offer a price plan change? You would only be renewing a 2 year term if you're purchasing a new device and financing it.

Meaning that if you change your price plan to take advantage of the special offer, your term should continue as is. Otherwise, the system will give you the breakdown of any applicable fees in the summary before you submit the change request.

When I click on "My Special Offers", it takes me to a page "Your Exclusive Offer" showing 4GB plan for $65./mo. 

I click on "Get this Offer", and it takes me to a page with "CHANGE YOUR PLAN", but the special offer is not listed and no matter what I click on on this page . . . nothing shows the offer made.  What am I doing wrong??

Hey @Weddingguy, what browser are you using?

Did you clear your cache? 

Does this happen with all devices that you are using?
