about temporarily suspension

Dear authorized,

Since I decided to go on holiday, I suspend temporarily my fido phone line number 514XXXXXXXX from 23 September 2019 until November 23rd. But I had to come back immediately. I would kindly ask you to reopened my line on September 28, 2019.

I have a feeling there may be a typo in your post. Do you mean that you would like to remove your suspension as of October 28th? 

Temporary suspensions can only be removed effective immediately, so, if you would like to reactivate your line on a future date, I will have to suggest that you reach out to customer service on the date in question.
