Wrong date of birth from credit bereau

I wanted to make a purchase a phone at fido and it says I should contact credit bereau because my date of birth is wrong meanwhile I don't even have a credit card so I don't know . Who has experience this ?

  Welcome to the community!

  I understand you might not have a credit card, however, that is not the only way to have a credit file opened. If you have post-paid services, that would have required a credit check. Similarly, some other bill payments may have also required a credit check. Additionally, if you pay rent, your landlord may report your payments to a Landlord Credit Bureau, etc (see here).

  You might consider contacting the credit bureaus to verify your information (see here).
