In May, I migrated from prepaid service to a postpaid service from a promotional offer received by sms. Before the transfer, the rep reassured twice that my unused prepaid balance will be transferred, which can be used towards paying postpaid bills. As well, the rep offered a one time $60 bonus for migrating, all of which will appear on my account by the time of third bill. Neither the prepaid balance or the bonus showed up by Sept.
Customer service said that the transfer of balance is no longer offered. However, it was previously available during the promotion as confirmed with the rep. Please advise how I should follow up with this.
