Hi,
Issues:
1.New Account effective begun when device has not been received yet.
2.Price of plan I've signed up is different on the confirmation email.
Details:
I've placed on order to add a new line to my existing account with a new device on Nov 23, when there was big promotion going on.
The plan I sign up was $45 for 12GB and the device was Samsung S20 FE 5G 128GB Navy ($50-$35=$15).
I know the device is on backorder so I'm ok with that.
However, today I just got an email from Fido with New Fido Account confirmation.
The email shows that the account is effective as of Dec 7 (as well as payment for both the plan the the device)...
But I didn't even receive my device yet? Not even shipping confirmation?
Also the plan they listed on the confirmation shows $50/month instead of $45...
Can someone help me with this?

Since this is a billing issue it would be best to contact customer service directly as they are the ones that can access your account and better assist you.

Thanks @KAPABLE-K, yes I did through Facebook DM and they've confirmed the correct amount with me.
Also very soon after I wrote this post, I've received a shipping confirmation as well, so all should be in a good place now
