Just got an email and same thing happend to me... I've signed up for $45
12GB plan but the agreement and my online account shows $50 for 12GB...
Also I haven't even received my device yet but it shows that the billing
starts today.. what's happening....
Similar thing happened to me, completed all the processes including

Hi @KAPABLE-KYes I have and didn't receive the order confirmation email
(not regards to shipping email.)I actually contacted the customer rep
via Facebook Fido DM and I was able to resolve this issue.They confirmed
the order has been received however...
