Wrong Billing

I got billed $10 for International Roaming, but I turned off roaming on my phone (and cellular data) long ago. How can my bill be fixed?

Did you turn off your data roaming while you were already out of Canada? If so, it's possible that your phone briefly used data, which would have triggered the charge.
