Fido is the worst company ive dealt with. They have been extremely rude and disrespectful whenever my wife tries to do anything with the account. Just today when she questioned why they decided to cut our internet with no notice or reason they just ended the chat and anytime she tried after to get another agent they would drop the chat. Cant say enough how absolutely disgusting they're "customer service" is. It seems like they have zero respect for female customers Ive been with them years now but i think its time to go elsewhere. Worst provider ever!!
