Worst ever experience with customer service and supervisor

I'm a participant level 1
  1. I had two lines with them and I called them to cancel one and leave one. The kept it on my file and suspended, and charged me. When I spoke to them they said there are no notes, which means they don't trust their customers and think they lie, but their customer service agents are angels. All the time they told me that there are errors  but nothing they corrected in 5 months. Really upset and will request everyone to stay away from fido. This is like scam not a company. I will change my network very soon. They will rip you off. Stay away guys.
