Worst Customer Service ever

Ive been a customer for 14 years now but seriously considering switching.  First they force me to switch to Rogers internet and lock me into a 2 year internet contract.  Now this week I tried to upgrade my phone.  So 08/13 I ordered a phone to be paid in 24 months - I was assured it was in stcok and that they would wave the activation fee.  My surprize on the 14th I get an email confirming and that I had an 80 $ activation fee.  When I called in the second agent told me that the first agent cancelled the order... so we went thru the process again and she could not wave the fee because it had not been billed yet but that she would certainly wave it then and that the phone is in stock and would ship again in 2 - 5 business days.  Today I call again (08/16) because I have gotten no emails and I call In.  7 customer care (They really dont care), later I come to find out that the phone is not in stock and there is nothing I can do.  I have to wait 4 - 6 weeks to see if it comes in stock.  ????!!!!  I asked to talk to a manager and they had me waiting for 15 minutes as they said there is no call back system.  At the end they said well call back another day!   Iwish I knew the email to the obudsman because 10 Agents later and still no resolution.

Yeah I tried your channels, speaking to about a dozen ppl in the call center - at the end what they did was Bait and switch -  Enticed me with a phone 10 $ a month and sent me a confirmation email that the phone is in stock and that the activation fee is waved.  Not only did they not wave the fee at the start but now they tell me that I have to wait 4 - 6 weeks to see if that phone arrives or cancel the order, my choice, or option 3 - get a more expensive phone... hense bait and switch!!!!  Illegal in some instances.  The last person told me that I can cancel the order if I want... Still havent received the confirmation email from 3 days ago! I wish I had the CEO's email (which I know you wont give) because this very shady practice of Bait and Switch should be addressed soomer than later.  So telling me to contact you guys, after speaking to so many ppl, and being told that upper and middle management was made aware and that their hands are tied, IS OF NO USE!!!!!  But I will try to escalate past FIDO since you guys dont seem to care
