I was contacted by Fido win back team and given an additional 2GB of data and $10 discount for 24 months. Today, I received my bill in which the $10 wasn't applied and charged a setup fee.
Now, the customer representative says that the $10 might apply in the next 2 bill cycles and he was vague. I was assured about the discount from day one and the same details were confirmed by another representative during the sim card activation process.
Can anybody help to resolve this? Well, I was better off with my previous network than these false promises.@fido?

It has been more than 3 bill cycles and with more than 10 to 15 calls to customer service this issue is still not resolved.
