Fido account hacked and canceled

Hi,

My yahoo email and my fido account both got hacked into. Whomever hacked into my fido also canceled my account. Now my phone isn't working, and I can't use my phone as a recovery device for my email either because I can't recieve any texts.

I'm kinda pissed that my account got canceled and I got no call to confirm it. I did get a text message, which looked like a phishing text (which I get tens of on a weekly basis) so I ignored it. 

Now i'm stuck with no phone service, unsecured (but recovered, thankfully) email, and no way of calling Fido to sort this out.

Just a follow up that online help + visiting a store is working on resolving this issue, and have been very helpful so far.
