Winback team offered me a tablet. It should be received by after 5 business days after activation of fido Sim card. I haven't received it and have called many times to fido customer service. They are just creating a web from and says there is nothing more they can do on it. Even on my recent call (8th call) to customer service they said they tried to call me on Friday but haven't received any call or voice mail. I don't mind giving permission to verify it. Winback team is even lying in their notes. Not sure will i receive a tablet or not. The worst experience is coming back to fido...
