Hi there,

 

I switched to another provider recently, but I still have another line with Fido still and I did receive a call from the winback team. Is it possible to get the winback team to call me back? If their able to give my family member a good price, I would come back too with that additional line? Thanks for the help.

i got a call twice however once answered it gets dropped , cs services couldnt redirect to same dept, buyer remorse is about to be done with new provider. need assistance to reach win back team

good luck ive been waiting 3 weeks for this same call and i kept being told or should i say they claim they submitted a ticket for the winback team to get back to me. they apparently noted they called me multiple times but not ever did i get a call or voicemail. its not even registered on my phone as it never happened.

Yeah, I've contacted the agents and they said "they'll call you back", but no one has called at all. So, we'll see if anything happens at all. Hopefully they reach out to you in your case.

Hi FidoNick,

 

Same situation, I have been waiting for almost a month for winback team to call me. 
I moved to Koodo last month then an agent from Fido called me and offered me a better deal. I acceptedthen he tild me to wait for 1-2 days for confirmation email. After 2 weeks, i contacted customer service but they told me to wait winback to call me. Until now Iam still waiting since I returned the new phone to koodo. I know you guys are busy but its been too long while koodo could send me a new phone in 3-5 days only to seal the deal.

I contacted the cuatomer service but till now nobody or winback team ever call me back yet. They said 1-2days but its been more than a month. Please advice!

Well I contacted Fido chat roughly 3 weeks ago, and they said the agent said winback would contact me, but no such luck yet.

If you did not answer them they will call you back, if you did answer and refused their offers then they will not call you back and you will need to contact customer service and they can let you know what offers they have available.
