Why is my discount not applied?

It says that my Monthly Fees for Payment Program is 48.38$. I just got a new phone today and Fido told me that there's a discount and I'll only pay 26$. 
How come it's not stating the discount? 

Also, what is the 10$ automatic payments discount? Does that mean I'll get 10$ off my bill every month?

  The Automatic Payment Discount is an incentive for customers to avail of automatic payments. I believe that as long as you keep using automatic payments with an eligible plan, you should continue to receive that discount. Many of the eligible plan costs advertised already include that discount.
