Why is my device balance equals to 0, while my current balance is negative

I did not remember to overpay for my bill. I pay my balance to zero each time, and  today I suddently get a negative balance.

  Welcome to the community!


  Have you had a chance to view the details of your bill? You can do so via My Account --> Billing & Payments --> View Bill. From there, you can Print or Save a copy of your bill or you can view the details online.


  If you wish to go over your bill, you might consider contacting customer service so they can access your account and go over the details with  you. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they have verified some information, they can also access your account.
