I understand not every vendor carries the $100 prepaid voucher, will it be available at Fido Kiosk? Or anywhere I can get it?

Most stores don't carry $100 voucher, but you can buy 2 of $50 voucher (also not popular).
My friend, which I referred to Fido, called the customer service to activate them and to extend time to 365 days.
But, the agent charged $1 service fee and didn't give him fido reward dollars.

Service charge was $2, $1 each for voucher. I think that's ridiculous.
Do activate yourself and call in !!
but, they gave Fido dollar ($4) later.

Hi sue 1947,
I can suggest to refill the prepaid account with a debit card or credit card on Fido.ca to avoid any fees (Log in My Account and follow the instructions in the Payment Information section). You can also make this transaction with a credit card via the IVR or directly from your phone which has no fees.
From Fido phone
- Enter a prepaid short code:
- *110 for $10 (valid for 30 days)
- *120 for $20 (valid for 30 days)
- *130 for $30 (valid for 30 days)
- *150 for $50 (valid for 60 days)
- *100 for $100 (valid for 365 days)
- Enter your 4 digits PIN.
- Confirm the Transaction.
