Hi @neil33,

When you log in to your account on fido.ca just click on the number you want to check on the next page in the MY DEVICE section you will see "Balance will be $0 on" That will be the date your contract is over if you do not see a date there then it means you are not in a contract.

Hey @neil33!

Welcome to the Community Smiley

All the contracts we offer are for 24 months.

Hope that helps!

Hey @Merh

The steps provided by @KAPABLE-K are accurate and this is where your agreement date should be displayed.

Can you test it out from a different browser? You'll also need to make sure that you're subscribed as the account holder for the log-in credentials to My Account.

I tried the method described and I can see my device, but there are no dates displayed.

Hey Tuna001,

Is it possible that your agreement has already ended? The info should be there otherwise.

You can login to you Fido account if you haven't already done so its free to do. Click on the phone number you want the info for then scroll down tot the bottom and under My Device you will see free upgrade the date there is when your contract ends.
