Hi, I cannot complete a repair request because I cannot get into to Fido diagnostic screen. The phone is in a bootloop, and I have read online that it seems to be the motherboard that is not working.
I am wondering if there is a way to contact Fido to discuss my options. I have been without a phone for almost a week, so any urgent help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I was able to contact Fido, who let me know to contact Samsung. The phone is not under the Fido warranty, but it is still under the Samsung warranty. Thanks for your reply.
