Weak or No signal around Royal York/North Drive.....

Hi, 

        I have had a Fido plan for years.  Just Upgraded plan with new phone etc.....I though the service would improve.. Tied many times....the only place I get service is on my Veranda....

Spoke to my neighbors with Rogers service same thing....

Anyone have any suggestions....I have unlimited plan, planned to get rid of my Home Phone..

Can't go to the Veranda when I need to use phone!

Welcome to the community!

The fact that you are getting reception when you go outside means that something in your building or your building itself is blocking the signal.

Depending on the phone you have and if you have home internet you might want to consider using WiFi Calling when you are inside.
