Waiting For Contract/Confirmation

Signed up for a tablet plan yesterday morning. But have not received any confirmation or contract yet. Is it normally due to COVID-19? Do I have to call customer service?

You should get the email once the order has been processed. Also, check your junk folder in case it went there.
