Unable to update credit card information

Hello, i tried updating my credit car information on the site and it says: 

OOPS!

That doesn’t seem to be working.!

 

Please help

Hey @vinmar13!

 

The first step would be to make sure that your personal information (Full name, address, postal code) is identical to your credit card profile. You can also try with different browsers.

Hello i have done both these things to no avail. What is the next step?

Can you please confirm if you're a prepaid or postpaid subscriber? Have you also tried to clear your browser's cache and trying again?

Hello it is prepaid and i have tried different browsers as well as clearing browser history!

thank you for the reply, i have already tried calling and the operator said id reveive a text message from fido saying exactly what was causing the issue, this hasnt happened and its twice ive been told this.  and live chat does not work for prepaid accounts which mine is.
