One of your chat agents named Wermson from the Share a Concern team guy was VERY rude today.

 

I know my English isn't so good as to understand what he was saying perfectly.

 

He was being rude during the chat when I didn't seem to understand and he just left the middle of the conversation not even saying bye or anything.

 

"WERMSON" is the main reason why I'm now planning to change my phone company.

 

Fido doesn't even have an email contact for **bleep**ty service complain and I'm writing this lame post here.

 

I'm paying for these bills and I'm getting **bleep**ing ignored by one of your employees.
