It sounds like you might have Basic Voicemail which includes up to 3 messages. Fido does offer a Premium Voicemail service which includes up to 35 messages as well as Voicemail-to-text or Visual Voicemail (see here under Voicemail). Although not listed, I believe the Premium Voicemail is available as a standalone option upon request. In either case, I believe you would need to contact customer service in order to add the feature. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
