Voicemail prompts not working

I've tried everything reading here and yes it says I have voicemail on my account and it refuses to let me set it up. Please help I'm getting super annoyed

Hi @Crystal971 sorry you're struggling with your voice mail set up. I will suggest you send a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter and ask for assistance with resetting your voice mail. In theory, you should be able to dial in by holding down the 1 key on your device and the follow the prompts. Usually the initial password is the last 4 digits of your phone number and then you can change it. I understand that's not working for you so that is why I suggest you contact Fido on Twitter. No waiting on the phone and communication over dm. Hoping for the best, cheers
