Voicemail changed to French change of plan

Hi,

I recently change my mobile plan and my voicemail changed to French. I would really like it to be in English. Is there a way I can do it myself without having to call customer support?

I had this issue also yesterday. I changed my plan online and I tried and tried to make the language English but the website kept making it French. Please change it back to English

We would need to access your account to switch the voicemail option back to English, it's not something that can be done through self-serve.
