I purchased US/Mexico roaming, I was charged twice - once for each phone line on my account when I only wanted it for one phone and Now that I’m in the US my phone has SOS at the top of it and I cannot phone or text at all.
any help would be appreciated. I tried contacting FIDO but with no luck as my phone doesn't work. I'm writing this message while using wifi at a hotel
