Hello, I have bought a plan for Fido and I was looking on my account in the website when u realised that my usage details arent showing for some reason. I dont know if this will come in time or if this is a issue with my account.

I also have 2 other mobile account for some reason that dont have any info on them like billing and stuff like that. weird

Has there been any change since your post? If not, can you answer the following questions to help me determine what the problem is please:

 

1. Does this happen on both the app and through My Account on our website?

2. Do you see any kind of error message?

3. Are any or all these accounts newly activated? If not, has there been any recent changes to them?
