I would like to know the possibility in freezing my fido account because am out of the country(canada) for a while.
I would.like my account freezed until I return.

Hello Gerald,
What you are looking for is called a temporary suspension.
If you don't have an agreement and have been active with Fido for a minimum of 1 month, you're definitely eligible for a temporary suspension.
The temporary suspension fee is $7/month and can be added for a minimum period of 2 months, and a maximum period of 12 months and it can only be added at the beginning of your billing cycle.
If you meet the eligibility requirements you will need to contact customer support in order to have it done.
