I've been offered a new plan from Fido recently. It's a 15GB data plan and it seems to be a special offer for my line. However, I don't know when would be the best possible time to change plans. I added my line Feb. 28th and my bill for this month is due by April 11th. I haven't paid for the bill yet. I rather change plans without having to pay any extra fee.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can change your plan at any time and there is no fee to change the plan unless you are in a contract and the new plan is not eligible then you will have to pay off the device balance.
You can always contact customer service and have them check before making the change.
