How to skip voicemail greeting

Hi - on my old voicemail I could enter a special character or use a pause to program my phone to use when calling my voicemail and also enter my access code so with 1 button on my handset I could dial, skip the prompt and enter my access code.  How to skip "who's calling please" and enter the access code? Can I do this with Fido Home Phone voicemail?  And, is there a way to have it autoplay my messages without having to enter the "1" all the time?

You can definitely customize a few voicemail functions by using self serve. You will find all the available options here. 

Keep in mind that you can skip the "Who's calling?" by just entering your access code. This Community thread should answer all your questions regarding your voicemail functions. 

You also can't auto play your messages. Can you clarify your question about the home phone voicemail?
