Upgraded iPhone - No confirmation email sent?

Good morning,

 

I upgraded my phone on Friday because of an offer I received from Fido. I received the email confirming my plan had changed but I have not received an confirmation email for my iPhone. My account still shows the old device balance (the promotion offered to waive the balance of my old phone to upgrade) and no sign of a new phone being purchased! 

 

How can I confirm that the order actually went through and how can I know when I will receive my phone?

What kind of phone did you order?

Depending on how popular the phone is, there may be a delay in receiving the e-mail since it could take a little longer to ship.
