Upgrade Pending

Hi, I ordered a phone yesterday and since then it has been shown "upgrade pending". I did see the order confirmation page after I submitted the order, so I suppose it went through well. But I haven't received any email communication regarding the phone upgrade. How do I know whether the order was successfully processed and when could I expect it? Can someone help?

Welcome to our community! 

 

Sometimes it can take between 24-48 hours for the email confirmation to be sent and once the order is processed and a tracking number is available, we'll also send you another email with this information.

 

I would advise to also check your Spam folder in case the emails got directed there.

 

If you haven't received anything by tomorrow, let us know and we'll send you a PM to take a closer look at the account with you Smiley
