Trying to upgrade but whenever I click continue after all my selections it says that the information is not available online and for me to call fido on their toll free #, The reason I am upgrading online is because you save $30, if I call Fido and have them upgrade my plan for me will I still save the $30? or can someone help me troubleshoot whats going on. I closed my browser, changed browsers and deleted the cache and cookies that didnt work.

Same thing for me. Changed my plan to a 15 for 90$ and now I can't see my plan or my correct data usage. On safari and on the app.

If there was a change made whether to the plan during the cycle, usage becomes unavailable. The usage will become available when your next cycle kicks in.
