Update Plan but Offer not on Account Holders Profile

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

I am on a family plan, not as the account holder. On the Fido app, my messages showed I can update my current plan and gain 20gb at the same price. However, when I select this an 'Alert' pops up saying "the data entered does not match the Account Holder's information".


My mom is the account holder, but she can not see the option to update to the recommended plan on her account.


Please advise.

I would just need a few clarifications:


1. Does your mom have an Account Holder profile when she logs in?

2. Did she select your number after logging in to see the offers available for your line specifically?
