A few days ago, my bank alerted me to a new credit inquiry from Fido and the credit report showed a huge drop in credit score.
I only have Fido home internet, and have had it for months. I did not sign up for new products or services, did not fail to make any payments and did not authorize any credit inquiries.
I cannot get through to Fido Support at their posted phone number ( 1 888 236 FIDO).
I am compiling a complaint for the Privacy Commissioner and trying to gather all details. Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea how to find out all the details about this inquiry from Fido and clear this off from my credit report?
