Unwanted incoming texts

I know this isn't an issue just for Fido, but does anyone have any ideas how I can block an unwanted text-er?  I don't want to text back, in case it's some kind of weird data-gathering thing, but I just want these texts to stop!  They appear to be from a regular phone number.

I'm not sure but there is this new thing for fido called extreme texting that says it has an option where you can block texts. check it out here:    http://www.fido.ca/web/content/messaging/extreme_text_messaging
