When logon online I can no longer see the incoming numbers for the last couple days, will it stay on like this or there is a problem?

Hello Fido8213,
The incoming calls are not available on the transaction history for the following reasons:
1- Our system is not able to retrieve the information, making it impossible to provide our customers with it.
2- We are mandated by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada to not release this information.
3- It is an industry standard all over the world.
4- We have to protect the privacy of the person calling.
Example for the last reason: When a person places a call they have the opportunity to either release or block their phone number on their outgoing call. By displaying all phone numbers, we would not be respecting their privacy as we have no way of determining whether a person in fact blocked or unblocked their number when they called you. Therefore, the precaution is taken within telecommunications to not have access to or reveal that information.
I hope that this answers your question.
