Call waiting has stopped working

I have a blackberry 9800 and my call waiting has stopped working. I called fido and they told me to hit  *43# and then the send button.  I get a "supplementary service error:status error".

Than I went to my call waiting settings and it says call waiting not available.

can someone help me get this thing working again.

call in to customer service and ask for a "re-send to switch"
