I received a call from your outbound team who gave me a confirmation that my account is ready and I will get my SIM in two days. Upon calling back to confirm the status. I was told they can't find any information and disconnected my call. Second agent found the information but didn't know anything, put me on hold and disconnected the call. 3rd agent told me, they can't provide same deal and there is no complaint department. You guys are really unprofessional. You did a credit check and all that for nothing. If you guys record the calls, check these calls and you'll know how you treat your customers.
