Unnecessary credit check

Fido is doing unnecessary hard inquiries on my credit card. 
When I tried to contact the customer service, they told me that they do credit check when I look into new deals. How can they do credit check for looking into their advertisment? How can I submit a dispute for inaccurate credit check?


The customer service is slow and painful. After spending 1 hour 20 minutes with multiple customer service specialist, they suggested me to post this concern in this forum.

Unfortunately, none of us in the community forum have the ability to check into your account. You might want to reach out to fidosolutions on Twitter by direct message and have a dialogue with someone who is able to assist you. There will be some security questions and then someone can look at your account with you. I hope you get a resolution soon.
