My S6 died with 5 months left on the contract. We were going to unlock it for travelling in the next couple of weeks. We upgraded to a new phone (Galaxy A5). Can we unlock this new phone?

I'd like to provide an update
We no longer require you to wait 90 days after the purchase of your device. Nowadays all phones sold by Fido come unlocked. For phones sold before December 1st, 2017, we can proceed to the unlocking without any extra charges.
Any devices purchased after December 1, 2017 come either unlocked or will have a sticker with an unlock code on the box if it's an Android.
Can you check the box and let us know if you're able to find the unlock code?
