why cant we have the option to request the unlocking of our phones through fidomyaccount,

Every phone unlock code is unique and needs to be generated differently from every manufacturer.
At this point implementing such a feature is pointless since the locking of phones is prohibited in Canada now.
I called, 30 minutes later got through, requested the unlock was told it's done but no code was provided. do I need a code?
@AdelH, what phone do you have?
we have 2.Iphone 6 and 5S
iPhone do not need unlock codes, you just need to connect your iPhone to iTunes to complete the unlocking process.
Connect your phone to a computer with internet connection then do a backup and restore and you iPhone should be unlocked after.
