Unacceptable billing!

  • Hi, my last month's bill was $474.33 due to 256 minutes long distance call. I wasn't notified that my free 1000 minutes long distance call was over. Otherwise, I would not continue long distance calling. This is totally unacceptable and unethical!

We know that an unexpected bill can be really frustrating and we'd love to go over some details with you. 

 

In terms of talk-time, and specifically your 1000 long distance minutes, the best way to track your usage is through your Fido app so that you can know where you're at and to avoid overages. There's no warning sent for talk-time and you do have a responsibility to keep an eye on the usage to avoid overages.

 

We understand it's a high amount and not everyone may be able to pay it all at once. What we can suggest is reaching out ot our credit operations team by dialing *732 on your Fido, they'll be able to help you set up a payment arrangement.
