Hi

 

I am no longer a customer and already cleared all my payments and everything back in 2021. 

it says online that my account is cancelled, so how do i delete my account? 

 

This is weird that i am still getting badges and even on my credit applications like equifax shows account is open I don't know why. I had setvices from different telecommunications but they closed right away.

I am not a customer and not be contacted and would have my information purged for privacy reasons.

  Sorry to hear you're wishing to be removed from the community. From what you note, it sounds like your services account was cancelled, but your profile in the community was not. If you wish to deactivate your community profile, you would need to submit a request to forum.support@fidomobile.ca and include your Community profile username (see here).
