Unable to reach customer support either on line or by calling

My phone got disconnected on Nov 28th and I called few times waiting 1 hr and the tried online chat as well with no success.  The next day i called again at 8:00 am and until now almost 9 am, no one picked up.  I also tried to chat online and I got we are unable to place you in the queue and try again later.  Is this for real a good service?

I'm really sorry to see this, we have been very busy since the black Friday weekend, but things should be back to normal now. 

 

I would recommend to reach out again now as you'll be able to get in touch with an agent much more quickly.
